Blister Bottom Vision Inspection System
The blister bottom vision inspection system inspects the same defects as the Blister Top Vision Inspection System, including missing tablets in pockets, broken tablets, tablet shape defects, and foreign particles. When PVC is used as the blister forming material, the system can inspect the tablets through the transparent blister. For Alu-Alu blisters, it inspects packaging defects such as dents and tears.

Designed for in-line inspection of the foil side of blister packages, the system detects eye mark defects, tears, foreign particles, printing defects, and other foil imperfections.
Installed as a conveyor-type inspection system after the blister packaging machine, it provides reliable, high-speed inspection while maintaining continuous production.
